Unprecedented growth: an international electronics company signs 26,000-square-metre contract with CTP

Budapest, December 9, 2025 – The market-leading multinational electronics manufacturer is strengthening their presence in CTPark Komárom with a long-term lease agreement for a total of 26,000 square meters. With this expansion, the company is simultaneously increasing its production capacity and logistics background, while the buildings are also undergoing modernization. These developments will enable the tenant to continue its electronics assembly, warehousing and logistics activities in a sustainable, modern infrastructure.

CTP’s partner has signed two significant lease agreements with CTP Hungary, taking over a total of 26,000 square meters of logistics and industrial space in two halls at CTPark Komárom. The international electronics manufacturing company, which already carries out assembly, warehousing and logistics activities at the site, is further strengthening its Hungarian presence through long-term agreements.

The new contracts allow the tenant to expand production capacity and logistics operations in parallel. Modernization of the existing buildings, tailored to their specific needs, ensures that the facilities will continue to support activities at the highest technical level.

The location in Komárom, along with the positive experience of previous cooperation, played a key role in the decision. CTP’s flexibility and the park’s advanced features enable the tenant to further develop its production and logistics operations in a coordinated and sustainable way. The landscaped green surroundings and renewable infrastructure also contribute to a high-quality working environment, which was an important consideration when concluding the agreement.

Unique solutions and expansion
The company has taken possession of 18,000 square meters in one hall and 8,000 square meters in another, which will house an electronics assembly plant, extensive warehouse capacity, and significant office space. Comprehensive modernization of the buildings’ technical and mechanical systems is currently underway, alongside full technological upgrades.

András Kiss, Regional Business Development Lead at CTP Hungary, said:

“The expansion of our partner clearly demonstrates that our parks are capable of serving both production and logistics needs simultaneously. We are proud to provide an environment in Komárom where sustainability, flexibility and modern infrastructure all contribute to business growth.”

Ildikó Mente, CTP Hungary’s Business Developer for Western Hungary, emphasized:

“The tenant and the flexibility of our buildings are a perfect match: the technical features of the site CTP make it possible to implement unique requirements – such as special mechanical and office solutions – quickly and efficiently.”

The company will use the BREEAM “Very Good” certified halls for logistics, production, and warehousing functions. The strategic advantages of the Komárom location, the advanced technical specifications of the buildings, and the flexible lease solutions offered by CTP all played a decisive role in the tenant’s decision.
