DHL, one of the world’s largest logistics brands, has steadily grown with CTP across Europe for nearly two decades. Today, the company operates nearly 175,000 sqm of GLA across 15 locations in five countries with CTP: Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, and Romania. Beyond classic big box logistics space, CTP also provides them inner-city offices in Brno at Spielberk.
While DHL remains focused and ambitious about its growth, it is equally committed to reducing its environmental impact. We’re especially proud to have supported the launch of carbon-neutral operations at CTPark Pohořelice in 2024.
Jan Karban, Morava Regional Director of Operations, comments: “We are very pleased that in Pohořelice, in close cooperation with our client and the owner of the premises, we managed to implement an ambitious project to replace gas heating with a heat pump system while in full operation. We have thus achieved carbon neutrality, which DHL Supply Chain has committed to after 2025 and which Eaton wants to achieve in its operations from 2030. The new heating system will not only reduce greenhouse gas emissions, but also lower energy consumption.” [2024]
