Another building at CTPark Opole completed

Developer CTP has officially delivered the OPOL 5 building, with a total area of over 8,700 sq m, as part of the CTPark Opole complex. The general contractor for the project was WPIP Construction, and the new space has been leased by two of the largest logistics operators – Rohlig SUUS Logistics and the Raben Group.

“CTPark Opole is the project that marked the launch of CTP’s operations in Poland and has been developing exceptionally dynamically from the very beginning. Within just a few years, we have delivered five modern production and logistics halls with a total area of nearly 89,000 sq m. Today, 95% of the space has already been leased, which clearly confirms both the potential of this location and the effectiveness of our expansion strategy,” mondja Piotr Merta, Business Developer at CTP Poland.

Currently, ten companies representing various sectors of the economy operate within the complex – from logistics and automotive to manufacturing – supported by a diversified capital structure, including both foreign and local investment. Tenants include PUKY, IAC, Shanghai Pret Composites, TitanX Engine Cooling, UFI Filters Poland, ELSTEEL, OPOLGRAF and KELVION. The new building will also accommodate the operations of the Raben Group and Rohlig SUUS Logistics.

Mint Bożena Górecka, Branch Manager at Raben Logistics Poland, notes, “the new headquarters is a symbolic culmination of our 15 years of operations in Opole and a confirmation that Raben Logistics Poland sees its future in the Opole region. The investment reflects the growth of both our company and the local business environment.”

For Rohlig SUUS Logistics, the launch of a modern transshipment terminal within CTP’s Opole development represents a significant strengthening of logistics services in south-western Poland. Rafał Małek, Regional Director at Rohlig SUUS Logistics, emphasizes that “companies operating in this region require appropriate transport support – both for the delivery of components to production facilities and for the transportation of finished goods.”

 Opole continues to strengthen its position as an attractive destination for investors. A stable infrastructure base and business-friendly conditions continue to attract new logistics and manufacturing companies, and the development of CTPark Opole fits perfectly into this positive trend.

Companies planning to commence operations in the region can still take advantage of the space available in the newly opened building. Approximately 2,500 sq m remains available for lease in OPOL 5. The facility, developed by WPIP Construction acting as the general contractor, was designed and delivered in line with the highest standards. The building features, among others, a photovoltaic installation, polycarbonate panels providing natural daylight to interior spaces, and a contactless access system based on automatic license plate recognition. An automatic fire brigade notification system will also be launched soon, further enhancing safety standards. As Marek Mielnik, Vice President of the Management Board at WPIP Construction, explains, “the implementation of the Opole project allowed us to leverage our experience in the comprehensive delivery of industrial infrastructure, including the deployment of modern technological and environmentally friendly solutions.”

CTP’s expansion plans in Opole do not end with this building. The developer is planning to launch another phase of the complex’s expansion in the near future, which will include the construction of the OPOL 6 hall with an area of over 3,000 sqm.
