iLogistic expands to 15,500 square meters in CTPark Budapest West logistics and industrial park

Budapest, 21 October 2025 – In September, iLogistic, a company specializing in fulfilment solutions, signed a long-term lease agreement for an additional 5,000 square meters at CTPark Budapest West in Biatorbágy. The company now operates across 15,500 square meters. This continuous expansion is driven by the dynamic growth of e-commerce and increasing customer demands. The sustainably designed building also provides a premium working environment and community spaces for employees.

 The cooperation between CTP and iLogistic reached another milestone in September: the fulfilment services provider – now part of GLS but continuing to operate under the iLogistic brand name – has signed a long-term lease agreement for a new hall in CTPark Budapest West in Biatorbágy, bringing its total leased area to 15,500 square meters. This latest expansion represents a thirty-fold increase since the company’s launch in 2018, when it began operations in the park with just 500 square meters.

iLogistic’s core business is providing fulfilment solutions for e-commerce companies – full-scale logistics services for online retailers, including warehousing, order management, and delivery. The company’s dynamically growing client base and the continuous expansion of order volumes have created a need for additional space, prompting CTP to prepare a development that includes premium office functions as well.

The BIA3 hall is a renovated, BREEAM “Very Good” rated, extra-height property equipped with a solar panel system and an intelligent building management system (BMS). It meets iLogistic’s sustainability and energy efficiency requirements while providing an advanced technical infrastructure.
