CTPark Zella-Mehlis

The logistics park, mainly built in the 1990s, was an important distribution center for the retail chain Tegut until 2024. The heterogeneous mix of floor sizes (between 1,800 and 5,300 m²) and hall heights (up to 11 m) offers numerous usage possibilities. Customers have the opportunity to actively shape their new spaces at this location and benefit from the currently planned revitalization and optimization of the existing spaces. This includes the retrofitting of additional modern docking options and the enhancement of the ecological sustainability of this location. A large photovoltaic system and heat pumps are planned for the park.

The park consists of an existing hall with an adjacent office building (a total of about 8,000 m²) and a new building (about 15,000 m²). The new building will be constructed according to the latest ESG standards, including a large photovoltaic system, e-charging stations, and heat pumps. The location is suitable for production and, due to its immediate proximity to the A9 motorway, also for warehousing/logistics. From a logistical point of view, Schleiz is a strategically advantageous location in Thuringia. The city is well connected to important transport routes. The A9 motorway runs in close proximity and allows for quick connections to cities like Leipzig, Berlin, and Munich. The federal roads B2 and B282 also offer easy access to regional and national destinations. Schleiz's advantageous location on the A9 makes the city an attractive location for logistics companies and businesses with high logistical requirements.

CTP’s westernmost CTPark is located in Aš, a city only 3 km from the German border and with great access to highways A93/A9/A4/A72. Composed of four existing buildings and three built-to-suit options on the way, the park offers space starting at 3,500 m². It is near companies like Audi, BMW, Volkswagen, and Siemens. A population of 400,000 is only 30 minutes away.

L'immobile CTP a Würzburg Sud è un parco commerciale autonomo che comprende due capannoni di produzione, un ampio edificio per uffici e un magazzino separato. L'area esterna offre ampi parcheggi per le auto. Gli impianti di produzione sono distribuiti su due piani e dispongono di rampe multiple a livello del suolo.
