CTPark Schleiz

CTP’s westernmost CTPark is located in Aš, a city only 3 km from the German border and with great access to highways A93/A9/A4/A72. Composed of four existing buildings and three built-to-suit options on the way, the park offers space starting at 3,500 m². It is near companies like Audi, BMW, Volkswagen, and Siemens. A population of 400,000 is only 30 minutes away.

Zella-Mehlis is located in the heart of Germany and benefits from its central location, which makes it an important hub for the movement of goods. The property consists of a spacious, detached office building and a production hall and warehouse with a subsequent extension. The buildings were constructed between 1970 and 1996.

The logistics park, mainly built in the 1990s, was an important distribution center for the retail chain Tegut until 2024. The heterogeneous mix of floor sizes (between 1,800 and 5,300 m²) and hall heights (up to 11 m) offers numerous usage possibilities. Customers have the opportunity to actively shape their new spaces at this location and benefit from the currently planned revitalization and optimization of the existing spaces. This includes the retrofitting of additional modern docking options and the enhancement of the ecological sustainability of this location. A large photovoltaic system and heat pumps are planned for the park.
