CTPark Drei Gleichen
The logistics park, mainly built in the 1990s, was an important distribution center for the retail chain Tegut until 2024. The heterogeneous mix of floor sizes (between 1,800 and 5,300 m²) and hall heights (up to 11 m) offers numerous usage possibilities. Customers have the opportunity to actively shape their new spaces at this location and benefit from the currently planned revitalization and optimization of the existing spaces. This includes the retrofitting of additional modern docking options and the enhancement of the ecological sustainability of this location. A large photovoltaic system and heat pumps are planned for the park.
