CTP Delivers 7,000 sqm Built-to-Suit Logistics Hub for Rudi Transport at CTPark Budapest West

Budapest, 15 September 2026 – Rudi Transport Kft., one of Hungary’s leading logistics service providers, has completed the transition of its Budapest depot to a new 7,000 sqm built-to-suit facility at CTPark Budapest West. Developed in phases to support the company’s growth, the project reached completion in June 2026 with the delivery of a 4,100 sqm warehouse, enabling Rudi Transport to consolidate its Budapest operations at a single strategic hub.

Pécs-based Rudi Transport has signed a five-year lease agreement for 7,000 sqm at CTPark Budapest West, CTP’s largest business park in Hungary. The company was seeking a flexible, scalable solution capable of supporting its long-term growth strategy and specialised operational requirements. Through a phased built-to-suit approach, CTP was able to expand the facility in line with the company’s operational needs, providing the capacity and infrastructure required to support future growth.

The project was delivered in three phases. The first phase, completed in July 2025, comprised 2,700 sqm of warehouse and office space. In January 2026, CTP delivered an additional 200 sqm of premium office space, which serves as Rudi Transport’s operational headquarters. The third and final phase was completed in June 2026 with the delivery of a further 4,100 sqm of warehouse space, bringing the total leased area to 7,000 sqm. The facility includes a high-bay warehouse with a clear height of 16 metres, enabling highly efficient use of storage capacity.

Rudi Transport has built a nationwide logistics network providing refrigerated, frozen, and ambient goods transportation, complemented by warehousing services. The completion of its new hub at CTPark Budapest West marks an important milestone in the company’s development. By consolidating its Budapest operations at the park, Rudi Transport has established a modern logistics base in one of Hungary’s most important commercial and distribution locations. The new hub enhances the company’s responsiveness, operational flexibility, and capacity for future growth.

The leased premises reflect CTP’s commitment to sustainable industrial real estate. The facility is equipped with rooftop solar panels, a heat pump-based heating and cooling system, and a modern Building Management System (BMS). The property has achieved a BREEAM “Very Good” certification, recognising its high environmental performance. The facility also features full LED lighting, a barrier-controlled access system, and newly installed loading dock doors.
