CTP joins Romanian Pavilion at MIPIM to showcase the country’s industrial and logistics potential

Bucharest, 23rd February 2026 – CTP, Europe’s largest listed developer, owner, and operator of industrial and logistics (“I&L”) properties by gross leasable area (“GLA”), is proud to join the Romanian Pavilion at MIPIM—one of the world’s leading real estate trade fairs—to showcase the country’s attractiveness as an investment destination for I&L operations. The event takes place 9–13 March in Cannes, France. CTP will also be present at MIPIM with its own stand located at Booth R7.E66, continuing its participation at the event since 2015 and reinforcing its role as a leading innovator in industrial real estate across Europe.

CTP entered Romania in 2014 and has since become the market leader in the country’s I&L real estate sector, with a portfolio of over 3 million sqm across 35 strategic locations nationwide. CTP’s development activities support local economic development by enabling business growth and fostering connections between international clients and regional stakeholders.

The Romanian Pavilion at MIPIM, curated by the Association of Real Estate Investors in Romania (AREI), brings together leading companies in Romania to present a unified vision of the country’s real estate and logistics sectors to an international audience of investors, developers, and policymakers. By participating in the national pavilion, CTP underscores its commitment to positioning Romania as a strategic hub for I&L development while supporting the international visibility of the broader Romanian real estate market.

Visitors can meet representatives of CTP’s Romanian team—Andreea Enescu, Head of M&A, and Andrei Marian, Business Development Director—at the Romanian Pavilion, Stand P-1.H15 & P-1.J3.

As part of the program, Andrei Marian will speak at “Power Talks @ The Romanian National Pavilion – Shaping Romania’s Strategic Role in Europe and Beyond”. His session, “Logistics, Infrastructure & Regional Security – Romania’s Strategic Position in Ukraine’s Reconstruction,” will explore Romania’s role as a logistics hub and strategic partner in regional development, focusing on infrastructure, industrial capacity, cross-border cooperation, and investment readiness.

Andrei Marian, CTP’s Business Development Director in Romania, comments:

“Romania offers a unique combination of sustained economic growth, full integration within the European Union and Schengen area, and competitive operating conditions. This balance of stability and long-term growth potential positions the country as a strategic destination for industrial and logistics investment, with an increasingly important role in European supply chains, defence, and regional development, including supporting the reconstruction of Ukraine.”

MIPIM gathers thousands of global real estate professionals for networking, investment discussions, and high-level debates on urban development and sustainability, offering a comprehensive view of the future of the built environment. MIPIM 2026 is set to build on the momentum of last year’s edition, which attracted over 20,000 delegates from 90 countries and 70% of the world’s top 100 investment managers, collectively managing more than €4 trillion in assets.

The Association of Real Estate Investors in Romania (AREI) represents the interests of the country’s leading real estate investors and curates the national pavilion to promote Romania’s real estate market internationally.
