Senior Finance Controller

To support our growing activities, we are looking for a motivated young professional to join us as a Senior Controller who will strengthen the Czech controlling team focusing on various complex projects, while running as well periodic performance analysis.

 

The successful candidate is a self-starter constantly seeking for improvements able to work both independently and in a team. She or he is methodical in approach, expert in Excel, understands financial and accounting data, is detailed oriented, able to communicate with various teams to translate data into financial overviews. The position is perfect for one who seeks a degree of autonomy and is looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment.

 

Main responsibilities will include:

• Leading Budgeting, forecasting & reporting agenda related to all relevant segments – Construction, Property, Energy, Overhead
• Organizing and analysis of key company KPIs and of P&L and BS positions for CZ management, developing means to track and monitor them better​
• Cooperation with Group consolidation team on controlling & reconciliation of data for valuations, monthly closing & P&L reporting​
• Cooperation with Group controlling team on alignment & reconciliation of data, KPI & P&L reports and their methodology​
• Supporting other teams by producing reports & analysis helping achieve company targets​
• Searching for means for quality and efficiency increase in agenda assigned and implementing them
• Participating on changes in connection to new systems implementation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate KPIs and/or P&L reporting 4-5 years
• Good knowledge Czech or Slovak language, fluency in English
• Expert Excel Skills
