The property consists of two halls with storage and office space, which were mainly built in the 1990s. The warehouses are equipped with over 35 docking areas. The deep-freeze main hall has a ceiling height of 11m. The halls can be cooled differently, with temperatures as low as -30°C possible. Docking is possible from both sides of the main hall (cross-dock). Access to the property is via a combined entrance and exit without a gatekeeper. A gatehouse is available so that a company can be hired if necessary.

The property offers sufficient space for storage or parking of trucks and cars. A supermarket, hotel, restaurant, and gas station are in the immediate vicinity, ensuring that customers and employees can meet all daily needs. A highlight of the city is the Motorsport Arena Oschersleben, one of Germany's most famous racetracks. Opened in 1997, the track is an important venue for national and international motorsport events, also offering opportunities for driver training and other motorsport activities.
