CTP expands industrial park CTPark Craiova East and attracts A&D Pharma – Dr.Max Group among its tenants

■ Collaboration with A&D Pharma - Dr.Max Group reaches three locations
■ The new 13,500 sqm building is fully leased
■ CTPark Craiova East area increases to over 53,500 sqm

Bucharest, 15 of July 2022 – CTP, the largest listed developer and manager of industrial and logistics space in Continental Europe, is expanding the CTPark Craiova Est industrial park with a new building that will be delivered by the end of the year and is already fully leased. The pharmaceutical group A&D Pharma – Dr.Max Group, already present in the CTP portfolio, is one of the tenants of the new warehouse.

We entered the Craiova market last year with the acquisition of CTPark Craiova East, an industrial park that we are already expanding and which will exceed 53,500 sqm by the end of the year. We are happy to have been able to bring into the project clients that are already in our portfolio and with whom we have managed to create successful partnerships, such as A&D Pharma - Dr.Max Group.”
 

The new warehouse is already fully leased, A&D Pharma – Dr.Max Group will occupy an area of over 5,000 sqm in the industrial park CTPark Craiova East. A&D Pharma – Dr.Max Group is also a tenant in the CTP parks in Bucharest, CTPark Mogoșoaia being the largest pharmaceutical warehouse in the country and in Sibiu.

Through our solid partnership with CTP, we are maximizing the storage capacity in the Craiova area - an important logistic pole, in order to cover even more efficiently the southern part of the country.”
 

The lease transaction was brokered by the consultancy firm Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

CTPark Craiova East is located in the eastern part of Craiova, on Henry Ford Street, with quick access to the E70, E79 and E574 European roads, which provide an easy connection to Bucharest and Pitesti. The industrial park has an existing area of 40,000 sqm, and after this expansion, it will reach a total area of about 53,500 sqm, consolidating itself as an important logistics hub in the area.

In Romania, CTP owns a total area of over 2.1 million sqm of class A warehouses in 15 cities: Arad, Brasov, Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Craiova, Deva, Oradea, Pitesti, Sibiu, Timisoara, Turda, Targu Mures, Caransebes, Ineu and Salonta. By the end of the year, the developer’s portfolio is expected to exceed 2.5 million sqm.
