Wezel Extends Lease for Around 9,000 Square Metres with CTP in Frickenhausen

Wuppertal / Frickenhausen, 29.09.2026 – CTP, Europe’s largest listed owner, developer and manager of logistics and industrial real estate by gross lettable area (GLA), is continuing its long-term partnership with Wezel GmbH Kaltumformtechnik at its Frickenhausen site. The two companies have extended the lease for approximately 8,800 square metres of space. Wezel uses the premises as a production and logistics facility with additional office space.

The company specialises in the development, manufacture and distribution of tools and cold-forged components. The property in Frickenhausen is a long-established production site designed to meet the requirements of industrial manufacturing processes. In addition to production, logistics and office space, the property offers extensive outdoor areas and parking facilities as well as comprehensive technical infrastructure. This includes bridge and slewing cranes, a nitrogen tank with a pipeline network, a compressed-air system with a ring-main network, a water treatment and extraction system, a phosphating plant and a goods lift.

The approximately 12,300-square-metre site is located in an established commercial area in Frickenhausen. As the sole tenant, Wezel occupies the entire usable space at the site. The nearby B297 and B313 federal roads provide quick access to the A8 motorway, offering good connections to the Stuttgart economic region, the greater Ulm area and the metropolitan regions of Munich and Karlsruhe. Stuttgart Airport can also be reached quickly via the A8. The nearby cities of Nürtingen, Kirchheim unter Teck and Stuttgart also benefit from good public transport connections.
