In 2023, Sameday leased 3,900 sqm at CTPark Sofia East. Within just one month of signing the lease agreement, our team completed the necessary reconstructions and customisations to meet the company’s operational requirements. The space was equipped with central heating, natural lighting, and enhanced fire safety systems to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

The strategic advantages of CTPark Sofia East—including its proximity to Sofia, the international airport and key highway connections—aligned perfectly with Sameday’s need for scalable logistics infrastructure. By 2024, the company had already doubled its leased space, adding another 3,900 sqm. Given Sameday’s continued growth in Bulgaria, further expansion is anticipated in the near future.

During peak demand for Black Friday in 2024, we provided Sameday with an additional 1,800 sqm of temporary space to accommodate their needs.

CTP’s ability to deliver customised spaces quickly—including warehouse areas, offices, and mezzanine levels—has supported Sameday’s operational scaling. The park’s location also offers logistical benefits, with strong transport links to Bucharest and major routes to Serbia and Romania.
