GIMEK extends its stay in CTPark Budapest West

In December 2023, GIMEK Zrt., already a tenant in CTPark Budapest West industrial and logistics park, extended its lease in the 10,000-square-metre BIA20 hall for an additional five years. The excellent cooperation between the two companies is demonstrated by the fact that GIMEK has been present in the logistics park since 2016, where CTP’s high-quality management and operation services support its daily activities.

GIMEK has been engaged in manufacturing air conditioning, air handling and ventilation equipment for thirty years, and has now extended its lease in CTPark Budapest West logistics park for another five years. A cornerstone of the successful partnership is that the company’s needs are fully met by the flexible services offered, while CTP also pays close attention to the renewal of its building stock. As such, CTP maintains and carries out the necessary renovations, including in the BIA20 Hall, on an ongoing basis, which is why the building has been awarded the BREEAM Very Good rating.

Another key factor was the excellent location, as the logistics park lies in Biatorbágy, next to the M1 motorway, close to the M0 ring road and in the immediate vicinity of Budapest. For manufacturing companies, excellent transport links are crucial for strengthening supply chains, meaning that the logistical backbone – be it warehousing or transport – is fully in place.

In addition, CTPark Budapest West combines a wide range of services with employee well-being, with the so-called Clubhaus concept being a prime example. This is a community space that offers programmes and even an event venue for tenants and their employees, serving as home to, among other things, blood drives, courses and other trainings.
