CTPark Network Attracts New Clients in Hungary

CTP entered the Hungarian market only a few years ago and has, through both strategic acquisitions and rapidly building new space, become 2nd on the market, with an approximately 18% market share. CTP currently has 10 industrial parks throughout the country with expected total lettable area to reach 515,000 m² by year’s end, including current projects under construction, and over 250,000 m² of future development potential.

In Q3 2018 CTP welcomed DB Schenker to a 15,500 m² facility in the Balaton region, CTPark Székesfehérvár. In the same park, Gealan has just enlarged their existing operations by leasing another 5,000 m².

In greater Budapest, CTP offers three CTParks with A-class industrial space. A sign of CTP’s premium quality services is the recent Gebrüder Weiss contract renewal of 17,000 m² in CTPark Budapest Tây. On the other side of the vibrant Hungarian capital, CTP welcomed long term client DHL to CTPark Budapest Đông (leasing 8,500 m²). The global logistics behemoth newly leased approx. 8,000 m² for its operations in the region.
