CTP Nominated for Two European Real Estate Strongest Brand Awards 2023 in CEE Logistic Developers and Investor Categories

PRAGUE, 17^th March 2023 CTP, continental Europe’s largest listed developer, owner and manager of industrial and logistics properties by GLA, has been nominated for two awards in Europe’s largest scientific brand study of the real estate industry, the European Real Estate Brand Award 2023, in the CEE categories of ‘Strongest Brand CEE Developers Logistics and ‘Strongest Brand CEE Investors’. The awards celebrate the strongest brands in the European real estate industry and the winners will be presented at the upcoming gala evening coordinated by the Real Estate Brand Institute in Berlin, which has been running for 15 years.

The Real Estate Brand Awards nominations are exclusive and invite-only, companies are unable to put themselves forward. Instead, they are based on a survey among real estate professionals and experts representing the industry, investors, and tenants. The nominations for CTP in the two categories reaffirm the company’s strong position in the CEE region.

The winners of the Real Estate Brand Awards 2023 will be announced on the evening of the gala, which will take place on the 14^th June 2023 in Berlin.
