Chuyên gia nhân sự – Đức và Áo

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Chuyên gia nhân sự to join our team. In this role, you will provide dedicated HR support to our operations in Germany and Austria, playing a key role in the day-to-day coordination of HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, and fleet management.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support HR operations for Germany and Austria across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, contracts, changes, exits).
  • Maintain and update employee records in our HR systems.
  • Coordinate with payroll providers and ensure timely submission of HR data.
  • Assist in implementing HR initiatives and policies locally.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR processes and benefits.
  • Manage fleet administration (company cars, documentation, coordination with suppliers).
  • Collaborate closely with the international HR team and local stakeholders.
  • Support the organization of local team events and training logistics.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an HR administrative or support role (2+ years preferred).
  • Familiarity with HR processes and local labor law in Germany or Austria.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in German and at least communicative in English (both written and spoken) – a must.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and HR systems (Workday is a plus).
  • An open minded person who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment.
