We’re calling all young real estate professionals and students! We’re excited to invite you to participate in the Emerging Real Estate Leaders Competition #ByCTP. This is your chance to showcase bold, innovative ideas on the future of real estate. We’re looking for fresh perspectives— either in a 500-word essay or a two-minute video—on the following question:
What is a key issue in real estate development in Europe with the greatest potential for positive impact? Discuss the challenge and propose a solution.
Selected entries will be featured and credited in a CTP blog post, offering a unique platform to share your vision with a broad audience. This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark in the real estate industry and earn prizes that could kickstart your career. The jury, composed of three CTP leaders in Germany and abroad — Alex Hund (Managing Director, CTP Deutschland), Bert Hesselink (Group Director of Client Relationships, CTP), and Timo Hielscher (Managing Director M&A, CTP Deutschland) — will evaluate the submissions and select the top three winners.
Prizes:
- 1st Place: A one-day job shadowing experience with a CTP Deutschland Director or Manager* of your choice, including transportation within Germany and accommodation if needed.
- 2nd & 3rd Place: A 45-minute online mentoring session with a CTP Director or Manager* of your choice, plus your choice of a 12-month subscription to ChatGPT or a €100 Deutsche Bahn gift voucher.

- Submission deadline: Friday, October 25th (end of day)
- Winners announced: Friday, November 8th
Terms and Conditions:
- Open to students currently enrolled in university or those who have graduated within the last 24 months.
- Submissions can be in English or German.
