CTPark Network Northern Moravia Expands

Well Well Potraviny, producer of meat and preservative free food products started operations in a brand new facility in CTPark Lipník nad Bečvou.

Czech Etimex, our long term client prolonged its existing contract for 9,000 m² of their production space in CTPark Hranice. We look forward to continued cooperation.

Construction of 7,000 m²  is in full swing for Varroc in Tháng Mười Một Jičín and also new 12,000 m² production facility for Hutchinson in CTPark Ostrava. Right next door to Hyundai’s existing plant, the second phase of CTPark Nošovice is under construction, with another 10,000 m² of logistics and manufacturing space ready for occupation in March 2019.
