In 2023, Sameday leased 3,900 sqm at CTPark Sofia East. Within just one month of signing the lease agreement, our team completed the necessary reconstructions and customizations to meet the company’s operational requirements. The space was equipped with central heating, natural lighting, and enhanced fire safety systems to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

The strategic advantages of CTPark Sofia East – including its proximity to Sofia and key highway connections—aligned perfectly with Sameday’s need for scalable logistics infrastructure. By 2024, the company had already doubled its leased space, adding another 3,900 sqm. Given Sameday’s continued growth in Bulgaria, further expansion is anticipated in near future.
