Vilgain: Scaling production for health and nutrition in CEE

The park’s strategic location in Brno provides strong connectivity to key European transport corridors, allowing Vilgain to efficiently serve markets across Central and Western Europe while continuing to expand its international footprint.

The growth of health and nutrition brands, particularly those selling directly through e-commerce channels, is driving demand for modern production and logistics facilities in Central and Eastern Europe. Companies in this sector require flexible space that can support manufacturing, storage and rapid distribution to multiple markets.

Vilgain is part of a growing portfolio of health and wellness companies operating from CTP parks, including GymBeam in Košice, a fast-growing fitness nutrition platform, and MITO LIGHT in Plzeň, a manufacturer of red light therapy devices.

Jakub Horký, Operations Director at Aktin, said: “Previously, we had two separate warehouses and the production facility in another location, and at a certain point it became unsustainable. Here we have a ten-year lease, so we took the space with the expectation of how we plan to grow over that period."
