CTP Expands Its Portfolio with a New Park: Latest Development Launches in Pécs

Budapest, June 30, 2026 – CTP is launching the development of a new industrial-logistics park in Pécs, expanding its domestic portfolio with a completely new location. In the first phase of the project, a custom-built facility spanning tens of thousands of square meters will be developed as part of a long-term development concept. The investment will significantly contribute to the economic growth of the region and the expansion of modern, sustainable industrial infrastructure.

CTP’s growth in Hungary has reached another important milestone: the company is starting the development of its newest industrial-logistics park in Pécs. CTPark Pécs will represent an entirely new location within the portfolio and marks a strategically important step in strengthening the company’s presence in Southern Hungary.

In the first phase of the development, the park’s initial building will be constructed as a built-to-suit (BTS) facility tailored to specific tenant needs. Construction is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2026, with completion scheduled for the end of the second quarter of 2027. The project is part of a long-term development concept, with additional phases to be realized in the future in line with market demand and tenant requirements.

Modern and Sustainable Future
During the development, CTP will implement the company’s hallmark high-level sustainability and energy efficiency solutions. The building will achieve an A+ energy rating, with a target of obtaining a BREEAM “Excellent” certification. Advanced technical solutions – including a heat pump system – will contribute to efficient, environmentally conscious operations and lower operating costs.

The Pécs development clearly reflects the continuously growing demand for modern, tailor-made industrial-logistics solutions. With this investment, CTP is not only entering a new geographical area but also further strengthening its position as a key player in the Hungarian industrial real estate market.
