CTPark Rotterdam

The most innovative and very first XXL last mile multistorey logistic city hub in the Netherlands. CTPark Amsterdam City will comprise of 120,169 sq m Lettable Floor Area (LFA) and will be located right in the heart of the Netherlands’ excellent infrastructure and holds a pivotal location in one of the most densely populated areas in Europe. CTPark Amsterdam City is strategically located in the Port of Amsterdam, the 4th busiest cargo port in Europe. It provides direct access to the city centre (7 minutes by water) and the ring Motorway A10 (3 minutes) The park will set a new benchmark in terms of sustainability. It facilitates emission-free logistics, contributing to tenant’s sustainability goals and those of the municipality of Amsterdam. The facility is designed to reduce transport movement and thus emission by combining goods and (return) packages.

The CTP development project at Jülicher Straße 495 features flexible commercial units across approximately 42,000 m². The existing buildings will be demolished to make way for energy-efficient new constructions starting in 2026, equipped with photovoltaic systems. This allows tenants to utilize green electricity on-site. Additionally, the building will be certified to DGNB Gold standards. The project will provide around 15,500 m² of leasable space in units ranging from 620 to 11,000 m², which can be flexibly combined. This flexibility accommodates a variety of unit sizes, making the property ideal for businesses in production, logistics, research, retail, and office use.

The CTP property is a highlight of the German real estate market due to its industrial past and prime location. The former Mannesmann pipe works, which were sold to Vallourec in 2005, had been located in the Düsseldorf-Rath district since 1899. This area is now being transformed by CTP into a multifunctional business park that leaves nothing to be desired by its users.
