CTP Welcomes Hranipex to CTPark Bucharest South

Bucharest, 19 March 2026 – CTP, Europe’s largest listed developer, owner, and operator of industrial and logistics properties by gross leasable area (“GLA”), announces that Hranipex—a Czech supplier of edges, adhesives, cleaners, and furniture fittings for the furniture industry—has leased approximately 3,000 sqm of warehouse space at CTPark Bucharest South. The company has relocated its operations to the new space and is now operating from the park.

The lease marks an important step in Hranipex’s expansion strategy in Romania, supporting the growth of its local distribution and logistics activities. The newly leased space is used for the storage and distribution of furniture components and accessories, serving both existing and future customers across the Romanian market.
