CTP advances construction of a new 10,800 sqm building at CTPark Oradea North

Oradea, 14 November 2025 – CTP, Europe’s largest listed developer, owner, and operator of industrial and logistics properties by gross leasable area (“GLA”), is advancing construction of a new, 10,800 sqm building at 奥拉迪亚北部 CTP 公园, further expanding its footprint in western Romania. With this addition, CTP’s total pipeline in Oradea totals more than 100,000 sqm of GLA, reinforcing the city’s role as a key regional logistics hub.

 Located on Calea Borșului, one of Oradea’s main arterial roads and a well-established industrial and commercial area, CTPark Oradea North lies just 4 km from the city center and 9 km from the Hungarian border, making it a strategic gateway for cross-border trade within the European Union.

The Calea Borsului area is recognised as a prime development corridor, hosting logistics facilities, warehouses, factories, showrooms, retail spaces, and industrial parks, including Eurobusiness Park I, making it one of the city’s most dynamic zones for business growth. CTPark Oradea North covers 50,000 sqm and benefits from excellent connectivity, with proximity to Oradea Airport and within three to five hours’ drive from Budapest, Vienna, and Bratislava.

The new building at CTPark Oradea North will provide 10,800 sqm of modern logistics and industrial space, with units starting from 3,000 sqm. Space is available for lease, with occupancy expected in Q2 2026. Designed to meet the high standards of CTP’s CTSpace concept, the facility will serve businesses seeking efficient operations, fast access to EU markets, and proximity to a highly skilled local workforce.
