CTPark Zabrze
As part of ctPark Zabrze complex, three formats of CTP properties are being built: CTSpace – large warehouse halls, CTFlex – medium-sized buildings supporting various business activities of tenants, and CTFit – built to suit. The project is located within the Silesian Metropolis, which has a population of 2.7 million – that makes it one of the largest urban areas in Europe. ctPark Zabrze is located in the heart of a region with traditions related to industry, 20 km from the center of Katowice, at the junction of A1 and A4 motorways, connecting the park with Germany, and an automotive cluster in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
