A successful sale and lease-back
FM Logistic is a French logistics company that works with over 28,000 collaborators worldwide, providing warehousing (computerised inventory management, order processing etc), co-packing, food co-manufacturing and industrial manufacturing, transportation / distribution in 14 countries. In 2003, the company expanded its operations to Romania, serving customers in the FMCG, retail, beauty-cosmetics, industrial manufacturing and healthcare industries. In 2023, CTP coordinated a sale and leaseback for their portfolio in Romania, totalling 100,000 sqm.
It comprises three industrial parks located in the vicinity of CTP’s largest parks in Bucharest, Pitesti and Timisoara. The deal allows FM Logistic to focus its resources on its business, while handing over facility management and upgrade responsibilities to CTP.
