CTPark Wildau

The business park in Linthe consists of six buildings constructed between 1977 and 1998, including a warehouse (approx. 11,300 m²) with an associated administrative building (approx. 1,325 m²). The existing hall will be supplemented with additional docking areas as part of the currently planned new construction and retrofitted with a photovoltaic (PV) system. Currently, the existing hall is serviced by 5 ground-level doors. The hall was recently equipped with a new, modern sprinkler system. The new building (approx. 16,000 m²), ready for occupancy by December 2024, will be built to the latest ESG standards, including a PV system and heat pumps.

The commercial area currently covers approximately 50 hectares and is located directly on the A24 motorway. An expansion to the south is planned. Numerous regional and national companies have established themselves here, including manufacturing businesses, service providers, and companies from the tourism industry. The existing hall spaces are multifunctional and can be used flexibly. There is further potential on the property to expand the site and develop new construction areas. Outdoor spaces for storage or parking are available.

The industrial areas in Stegelitz and Möckern are strategically located and offer companies a variety of opportunities for settlement. These regions are part of the Jerichower Land district in Saxony-Anhalt, characterized by a prime location in the heart of Germany and a well-developed infrastructure. In addition to classic warehouse and logistics halls, representative office spaces are available. The hall space can be divided into four separate units. A multifunctional and flexible use is possible. Outdoor areas are also available.

CTPark Sulechów is strategically located, adjacent to the major N/S S3 expressway, running through the city, and connecting with the E/W A2 motorway only 40 km to the north. In this key region of western Poland, the location is ideally suited for both warehouse and light production activities serving the German market only 68 km away. Directly off the main North/South E65 motorway provides easy access for both large transporters and local commuters arriving from Sulechow centre only a few km away. The park is connected to the city with public transport.
