Driving Innovation in Automotive Interiors

A flagship achievement within this cooperation is the purpose-built facility in CTPark Planá nad Lužnicí. Delivered in less than a year, the 23,000 m² building was engineered to meet stringent automotive production standards while supporting future growth. The facility includes heavy-load crane runways with capacities of up to 50 tons, a specially designed side-loading logistics tunnel, chemical storage areas and modern production zones capable of accommodating evolving technological requirements. Its location along the D3 motorway corridor, just six kilometres south of Tábor, ensures fast and reliable access to key markets across the European Union.

Across all three countries, Yanfeng needed to establish advanced manufacturing operations quickly, compliantly and with minimal friction. CTP’s local teams played a crucial role in guiding the company through regional permitting processes, local business practices and technical requirements. With an extensive landbank, in-house design and construction teams and a flexible development approach, CTP enabled Yanfeng to launch operations smoothly and with confidence.
