Bucharest: A Proven Regional Logistics Hub for LPP

LPP is the parent brand behind Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito, and Sinsay. Founded and based in Poland, it is one of CEE’s fastest-growing fashion retailers.  As Sebastian Sołtys, President of the Management Board of LPP Logistics, explains in the video, when LPP decided to expand, Bucharest prevailed as an ideal regional logistics hub. They needed a trusted partner to help them hit the ground running, and they chose CTP.  We started them at CTPark Bucharest West in Q4-2023. With two expansions bringing their total GLA to over 130,000 sqm as of Q4-2024, the location and CTP have evidently proven to be a smart choice.
