专业进口商和餐饮供应商加入 CTPark Warsaw North

CTP, Europe’s largest listed developer, owner, and manager of industrial and logistics properties by gross lettable area (GLA), has leased over 6,220 sqm of space in the CTPark Warsaw North complex to Kuchnie Świata, a specialised importer and supplier in the Polish catering industry. Having signed a 10-year lease that allows for possible expansion, Kuchnie Świata has opened a warehouse and distribution centre alongside office facilities at CTPark Warsaw North.

Kuchnie Świata has been operating in the Polish market since 1990, offering its customers foodstuffs from the furthest corners of the world, especially from Asian countries and Italy. It currently has around 12,000 items in its portfolio, including the largest assortment of fish and seafood in Poland. The company has its own warehouse facilities, including in Kraków, Poznań, Gdańsk and Olsztyn, as well as a transport fleet. It is also IFS Logistics certified, confirming the highest international safety standards for food transport, storage and distribution.

Due to continued growth, Kuchnie Świata has decided to increase its logistics and warehouse facilities by leasing space at CTPark Warsaw North. This is the first lease between CTP and the company which has chosen the park for its high level of functionality and strategic location, which will enable improved efficiency given it is in the direct vicinity of Kuchnie Świata’s head office.

Kuchnie Świata moved into CTPark Warsaw North in November 2024. In doing so, they expanded the group of tenants in the complex, which also includes companies such as Trako Team Rafał Kopański and Zakład Techniki Cieplnej i Chłodniczej Klima Sp. z o.o.

Maria Dymna-Chojnacka, President of the Management Board - Managing Director of Kuchnie Świata S.A., says:

Due to the dynamic expansion of one of our sales segments serving retail chains and exports, we needed additional warehouse space to provide our new customers with the right service. Working with the largest FMCG players on the Polish market requires us to be professional at the highest level, which means, among other things, punctuality of deliveries. Thanks to the newly launched cooperation with CTP at CTPark Warsaw North, warehouse processes will be significantly improved and implemented in a much shorter time, which will undoubtedly translate into lower operating costs, as well as increased potential to serve more customers. In the immediate vicinity of CTPark Warsaw North runs the strategic S7 expressway, allowing for efficient transportation both with Warsaw, which is only 20 kilometres from this business park, and with other parts of the country, including the Tricity. CTP has also made every effort to ensure that the Czosnów complex allows tenants to implement their ESG strategies, including green energy or optimising the use of water resources.
