Senior Lawyer

Prerequisites/Requirements for the job:

• 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in Real-Estate (preferably industrial)
• College degree in law
• Excellent knowledge of business law
• Knowledge of the general Slovak legal environment
• High level of English (min. C1)
• MS Word – high level
• MS Excel, PowerPoint – user level
• Non-confrontational, communicative, organized type, detail oriented, accuracy and result driven
• Consistency, independence, systematic, responsible, meet deadlines

Responsibilities/Job duties:

• Legal activities related to the establishment of new projects, land acquisitions, land purchases, establishing easements, etc.
• Preparation of easements, land purchase agreements, future contracts, amendments to contracts and all related applications, consents, declarations, etc.
• Legal due diligence process for new acquisitions – gathering necessary documents, preparing and managing data rooms
• Legal work and preparation of documents related to permitting processes
• Preparation of contracts for construction works related to development projects
• Preparation of contracts related to the management and operation of the company’s assets
• Preparation of future lease agreements, lease contracts, amendments to lease contracts
• Preparation, review of general operating contracts of the company
• Regular reporting
