Here\u2019s the proof.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"ctp-red weight-normal\">Our tenants love us<\/h2>\n<p>Our 1<span>,<\/span>000+ tenant network has a 92% retention rate, and 8<span>0<\/span>% of our new business comes from our existing tenant network. This means that as they grow, we grow. And they choose to grow with us. One reason is that we are a build-to-own developer, which means that when we build something, we build it to the highest quality standards to ensure that it lasts: our buildings have an average lifespan of 40 years. Everything we deliver is from our in-house team to guarantee that it lives up to the CTP gold standard. We look after our buildings and parks with full-service care\u2014including on-site facility managers, landscaping, 24\/7 security and more\u2014to enable our tenants to focus on what they do best.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"ctp-red weight-normal\">Growth that keeps growing<\/h2>\n<p><span>We have consistent organic and uninterrupted growth since our founding, and each year we seem to grow even more than the last. Today we stand to be the largest listed developer and manager of logistics and industrial real estate in Continental Europe. This growth is no coincidence. We strategically position ourselves to grow in the right place from the right time. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"ctp-red weight-normal\">Sustainability for the win<\/h2>\n<p><span>With all this robust growth we place a premium on using industry-leading standards and the best innovations to ensure that our parks run with maximum efficiency and with the least environmental impact. Every square metre of our portfolio is BREEAM certified \u201cVery Good\u201d and higher; we\u2019re installing photovoltaic systems on our roofs to energise our parks and feed back into the main grid; and we consistently harness the latest technologies and methods to help reduce the size of our parks\u2019 environmental footprint, including with state-of-the-art building management systems and circular-economy solutions.
