Timo brings 18 years of broad-based real estate experience to CTP’s team in Germany. His focus is on the acquisition of new assets and new lease agreements with tenants to support CTP’s growth plans in Germany, while ensuring the on-going technical improvement of buildings and parks to CTP’s high standards.

Peter has extensive management experience in real estate and other industries. As Group COO his responsibilities include management and oversight of CTP’s leasing and marketing activities and new development projects, the expansion of its energy business, and the further development and organisation of the HR function within the company.

Daniela has more than 17 years of experience in the real estate industry. In her previous position at Colliers International, she was professionally focused on I&L and office properties transactions.

Daniel specializes in leasing and land acquisition in Austria. With a decade of experience in commercial real estate, he expertly handles transactions and guides expansions for national and international clients. Motivated to continuously develop and excel, Daniel aspires to become a market leader and a sought-after professional in his field. He takes particular pride in achieving 100% leasing of vacant space in CTPark Vienna East shortly after joining the company.

Gabriel excels in managing leasing activities and expanding networks in the real estate sector. He brings expertise in market analysis, land scouting, and strategic negotiations. Jaromír excels in forging new transactions with Asian clients. With over 20 years of experience in cross-border M&A and FinTech in Hong Kong, he's driven by growth in multicultural settings.
