V tak\u00fdchto pr\u00edpadoch bude dotknut\u00fd zamestnanec pred pos\u00faden\u00edm e-mailovej komunik\u00e1cie riadne informovan\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>3.2.6 Na \u00fa\u010dely <strong>obchodn\u00e9 vz\u0165ahy spolo\u010dnosti a komunik\u00e1cia s tret\u00edmi stranami<\/strong>, sprac\u00favame:<\/p>\n<p>3.2.6.1 va\u0161e meno a priezvisko, d\u00e1tum narodenia, adresu, e-mail, telef\u00f3nne \u010d\u00edslo, pracovn\u00fa poz\u00edciu, zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea v r\u00e1mci skupiny CTP a v\u00e1\u0161 podpis;<\/p>\n<p>3.2.6.2 \u00fadaje o predlo\u017een\u00fdch objedn\u00e1vkach, zaplaten\u00fdch sum\u00e1ch, uskuto\u010dnen\u00fdch platb\u00e1ch at\u010f;<\/p>\n<p>3.2.6.3 ak n\u00e1m udel\u00edte s\u00fahlas, m\u00f4\u017eeme sprac\u00fava\u0165 aj fotografie a videoz\u00e1znamy, ktor\u00e9 v\u00e1s zachyt\u00e1vaj\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>3.2.7 Na \u00fa\u010dely <strong>prezent\u00e1cia zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea a dokument\u00e1cia firemn\u00fdch akci\u00ed<\/strong>za predpokladu, \u017ee z\u00edskame v\u00e1\u0161 s\u00fahlas, sprac\u00favame va\u0161e fotografie a videoz\u00e1znamy (to sa net\u00fdka z\u00e1znamov z priemyseln\u00fdch kamier) v niektor\u00fdch pr\u00edpadoch spolu s va\u0161\u00edm menom, priezviskom a pracovnou poz\u00edciou.<\/p>\n<p>3.2.8 Na \u00fa\u010dely <strong>vybavovanie poistn\u00fdch udalost\u00ed<\/strong>, sprac\u00favame, ak n\u00e1m d\u00e1te s\u00fahlas, tieto \u00fadaje: meno, priezvisko, adresu, d\u00e1tum narodenia, pr\u00edpadne \u010fal\u0161ie \u00fadaje uveden\u00e9 v poistnej zmluve.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>3.3 Trvanie spracovania<\/h3>\n<p>Va\u0161e osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje uchov\u00e1vame po dobu, ktor\u00e1 je nevyhnutne potrebn\u00e1 a primeran\u00e1 vzh\u013eadom na pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely spracovania, a to po nasleduj\u00facu dobu:<\/p>\n<p>3.3.1 osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje sprac\u00favan\u00e9 na pr\u00e1vnom z\u00e1klade <strong>plnenie zmluvy<\/strong> uzavret\u00e9 medzi nami a vami sa uchov\u00e1vaj\u00fa po\u010das trvania pr\u00edslu\u0161nej zmluvy (napr\u00edklad pracovn\u00e1 zmluva, dohoda o pr\u00e1cach vykon\u00e1van\u00fdch mimo pracovn\u00e9ho pomeru, dohoda o mzde, dohoda o poskytnut\u00ed pr\u00edspevku, dohoda o prev\u00e1dzke vozidla at\u010f.);<\/p>\n<p>3.3.2 osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje sprac\u00favan\u00e9 na pr\u00e1vnom z\u00e1klade <strong>plnenie z\u00e1konn\u00fdch povinnost\u00ed<\/strong> sa uchov\u00e1vaj\u00fa po dobu, ktor\u00fa vy\u017eaduj\u00fa platn\u00e9 pr\u00e1vne predpisy, najm\u00e4 v oblasti zamestn\u00e1vania, zdravotn\u00e9ho poistenia a soci\u00e1lneho zabezpe\u010denia, \u00fa\u010dtovn\u00edctva, dan\u00ed a archiv\u00e1cie;<\/p>\n<p>3.3.3 osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje sprac\u00favan\u00e9 na pr\u00e1vnom z\u00e1klade <strong>ochrana na\u0161ich opr\u00e1vnen\u00fdch z\u00e1ujmov<\/strong> sa uchov\u00e1vaj\u00fa po\u010das nevyhnutne potrebn\u00e9ho obdobia, ktor\u00e9 v\u0161ak nepresiahne tri roky od skon\u010denia pracovn\u00e9ho pomeru (pokia\u013e sa na\u0161e pr\u00e1va neuplat\u0148uj\u00fa v r\u00e1mci s\u00fadneho alebo spr\u00e1vneho konania alebo pokia\u013e sa na\u0161e pr\u00e1va v takomto obdob\u00ed nevym\u00e1haj\u00fa), pokia\u013e nie je ni\u017e\u0161ie stanoven\u00e1 konkr\u00e9tna doba sprac\u00favania:<\/p>\n<p>3.3.3.1 lokaliza\u010dn\u00e9 a telematick\u00e9 \u00fadaje o pohybe slu\u017eobn\u00fdch vozidiel a in\u00fdch dopravn\u00fdch prostriedkov na cest\u00e1ch, ktor\u00e9 zamestnanci neozna\u010dili ako s\u00fakromn\u00e9, sa uchov\u00e1vaj\u00fa najviac jeden mesiac po ich z\u00edskan\u00ed;<\/p>\n<p>3.3.3.2 \u00fadaje potrebn\u00e9 na zabezpe\u010denie obchodn\u00fdch vz\u0165ahov spolo\u010dnosti a komunik\u00e1cie s tret\u00edmi stranami sa sprac\u00favaj\u00fa po dobu trvania vz\u0165ahu so z\u00e1kazn\u00edkom alebo dod\u00e1vate\u013eom; ak sa va\u0161e \u00fadaje sprac\u00favaj\u00fa aj na z\u00e1klade pr\u00e1vneho z\u00e1kladu plnenia z\u00e1konn\u00fdch povinnost\u00ed, potom sa \u00fadaje sprac\u00favaj\u00fa po dobu, ktor\u00fa vy\u017eaduj\u00fa platn\u00e9 pr\u00e1vne predpisy; M\u00e1te tie\u017e pr\u00e1vo z\u00edska\u0165 osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje, ktor\u00e9 ste n\u00e1m poskytli, a \u010fal\u0161ie osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje, ktor\u00e9 sa v\u00e1s t\u00fdkaj\u00fa (pokia\u013e sme va\u0161e \u00fadaje pred va\u0161ou \u017eiados\u0165ou nevymazali).<\/p>\n<p>Ak o to po\u017eiadate, m\u00f4\u017eeme niektor\u00e9 va\u0161e osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje (konkr\u00e9tne \u00fadaje, ktor\u00e9 sprac\u00favame na z\u00e1klade plnenia zmluvy a\/alebo v\u00e1\u0161ho s\u00fahlasu a automatick\u00fdmi prostriedkami) posla\u0165 priamo tretej strane (in\u00e9mu prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013eovi \u00fadajov), ktor\u00fa uvediete vo svojej \u017eiadosti, za predpokladu, \u017ee tak\u00e1to \u017eiados\u0165 neovplyvn\u00ed pr\u00e1va a slobody in\u00fdch os\u00f4b a \u017ee je to technicky mo\u017en\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>6.2 Odvolanie s\u00fahlasu<\/h3>\n<p>Svoj s\u00fahlas (ak ste n\u00e1m ho udelili) m\u00f4\u017eete kedyko\u013evek odvola\u0165 bez udania d\u00f4vodu.
