Role description:
You will play a critical role in managing the Microsoft Dynamics platform, analysing business requirements, ensuring data integrity, and providing ongoing system maintenance and support. This role will partner closely with business teams to drive CRM initiatives and implement solutions that improve customer interactions and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and a deep understanding of CRM platforms, coupled with excellent communication and analytical abilities.
Key responsibilities:
- CRM System Management: Configure, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to align with business needs.
- Business process analysis: Work with stakeholders to analyze business workflows and identify CRM-driven improvements.
- Vendor coordination: Collaborate with external vendors for system development, integrations and troubleshooting.
- User training and support: Train and support CRM users across the organization, ensuring a smooth adoption.
- Data integration and reporting: Ensure CRM data accuracy, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for business decisions.

- Proactive team player who can work across different business units.
- Capable of analyzing data and generating actionable insights.
- Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of CRM platforms
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and proactively drive initiatives.
- The eagerness to develop yourself in Microsoft Business Applications (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM + power platform)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with CRM systems, Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
- Experience in CRM data management, reporting, and business process analysis.
- Proficiency in CRM configuration, workflows, and user management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate, is a plus.
- Experience in construction, real estate, or related industries which helps in understanding business needs better is an advantage.
