Tyto z\u00e1sady pro whistleblowery a dal\u0161\u00ed materi\u00e1ly o oznamov\u00e1n\u00ed podez\u0159en\u00ed na nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed jsou zve\u0159ejn\u011bny na internetov\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch Spole\u010dnosti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>KDO M\u016e\u017dE PODAT ZPR\u00c1VU?\n<ul>\n<li><strong> <\/strong>Tyto z\u00e1sady pro oznamovatele se vztahuj\u00ed na v\u0161echny zam\u011bstnance spole\u010dnosti.<\/li>\n<li><strong> <\/strong>\"Zam\u011bstnancem\" se v t\u011bchto z\u00e1sad\u00e1ch rozum\u00ed (a) v\u0161echny osoby, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed nebo m\u011bly se spole\u010dnost\u00ed uzav\u0159enou pracovn\u00ed smlouvu, a (b) v\u0161echny osoby, kter\u00e9 jinak vykon\u00e1vaj\u00ed nebo vykon\u00e1valy pr\u00e1ci pro spole\u010dnost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>NA KTER\u00c9 OBAVY SE VZTAHUJE TATO POLITIKA POD\u00c1V\u00c1N\u00cd ZPR\u00c1V?\n<ul>\n<li>Tyto z\u00e1sady pro oznamovatele mohou b\u00fdt pou\u017eity k nahl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed podez\u0159en\u00ed na mo\u017en\u00e9 pochyben\u00ed nebo nesrovnalosti ve spole\u010dnosti (\"pochyben\u00ed\").
